  • A roadshow of Event Management, which involves series of small and medium sized Painter and Contractor meets in 3 states and more than 50 cities was managed for the Smart Care segment of Asian Paints.
  • A standardised set up and template was scaled and duplicated into multiple cities with RSVP of the painters/ contractors taken on the phone.
  • Design, Stage setups to Product display and entertainment with food was fixed template.

Asian Paints – Smart Care

DHL Smartucking – BtoB Customer Meet

  • DHL launched its first Smartrucking company a Technology enabled transport logistics company in India with more than 200 Trucks.
  • We managed the Multi city customer or B to B meets for DHL Smartrucking.
  • This was a pure business like Corporate event management with detailed focus on customer experience, Q & A and customer engagement.
  • Stand up comedian was a flavour of the event and the highlight was the specilaised DHL smartrucking gift we created for DHL’s prospective customers.

Mahindra First Choice – dealer Meet

  • Multiple events for Mahindra First Choice Dealer Performance event was managed by us.
  • These regular events was to Reward and Recognize their top used car Dealers.

Rich Graviss Ahmedabad 2019

  • Rich Graviss event was everything Cakes. The challenge which we surpassed was how to have the product highlighted in every & best way possible. The Event management capabilities was tested purely basis the Decor elements and Intelligent use of lights.
  • Additional we had filler entertainment acts, cute beverage & tasting stations, a wonderful photo opp, revolving brand logos & a stylish entry gate all converged to make the event tick all the right boxes

Sony – Promoters Meet

  • This Event was managed at The Leela Mumbai for 1000 Promoters who promote SONY at the Modern Trade units for 4 days.
  • The activity started from morning 9am with new product announcement from their heads & ended with entertainments and deejay.

Tata Motors – Venture

  • Tata venture Fleet Taxis needed a push and we conceived the idea of Targeting School van drivers as Venture was an ideal School Van product
  • We went around more than 500 schools in 8 cities of Tamil Nadu during the pickup time and invited van and Bus drivers for the event
  • The venue with stage & set up for their presentation on Tata Venture vehicle & to demonstrate their vehicle
  • Tata Venture Demo and test drive, along with Immediate booking with Discounts and Gratifications was held.
  • This was a complete marketing plan from BTL Activation Idea to Event Management to Sales of the Product.
